This application utilizes speech recognition, machine translation, and speech synthesis technologies developed by the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT). Users who wish to use the technologies for commercial purposes, etc. are requested to contact NICT.

The information security management system (ISMS) of the Advanced Speech Translation Research and Development Promotion Center (ASTREC), Universal Communication Research Center (UCRI), National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) have been certified to conform to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard concerning its R&D of speech/translation processing technologies and development of speech/bilingual corpora.
